Atlanta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash, Injuries on I-75 at Jonesboro Rd
Atlanta, GA (July 12, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a serious collision that took place on a highway leaving McDonough on Tuesday morning, July 12.
According to authorities in the Atlanta region, the collision occurred in the northbound lanes of Interstate 75 near Jonesboro Road around 9:30 a.m. At least two automobiles were moving in the vicinity when one entered the opposing traffic lane and collided with the other in an apparent side-swipe collision.
Numerous responders, including paramedics, firefighters, and others, were summoned to the area to assist individuals in need. Injuries were sustained by one or more victims as a consequence of the accident. The parties were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment, but their situations are still unknown.
One right lane was restricted for a lengthy amount of time in the neighborhood. The police cleared the situation swiftly enough that traffic could return to normal.
