Atlanta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash in WB Lanes of I-20 Leads to Injuries
Atlanta, GA (April 27, 2021) – At 8:30 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, April 27, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Atlanta.
According to officials, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-20 around the area of Lowery Boulevard. Multiple vehicles collided in the area due to reasons that are not yet known, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. The injured victims, who have not yet been identified, were hospitalized and treated for their injuries.
The three left lanes of traffic were blocked until police cleared the scene.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the accident continues.
