Atlanta, GA – Motorcycle Crash with Critical Injuries on Bolton Rd
Atlanta, GA (January 5, 2023) – Around 6:30 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, January 5, a motorcycle accident with injuries took place in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened on Bolton Road around the area of Hollywood Road. Police confirmed that a motorcyclist was traveling in the area when they became involved in a school bus accident with a bus owned by Atlanta Public Schools. Police are still unsure of what circumstances led to the accident, but the school bus had its windshield completely shattered.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other local responders were called to the scene to help those in need. The motorcyclist, who has not yet been formally identified, was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital with critical injuries. The one student and bus driver on the bus was not injured.
