Atlanta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-85 Ends in Injuries
Atlanta, GA (January 1, 2022) – An auto accident reported in the Lindridge-Martin Manor section of Atlanta ended in injuries. At around 3 a.m., on January 1, the police, firefighters, and EMS in Atlanta were all requested on-site at a crash on Interstate 85.
Reports from local authorities show that a collision between vehicles blocked the southbound side of Interstate 85 during the early morning hours. The impact of the crash caused one of the vehicles to roll over and catch on fire.
Several people in the area rushed to assist with removing trapped victims from the vehicle as they waited for law enforcement to arrive.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital for medical care.
