6/13 Marietta, GA – Car Crash at Johnson Ferry Rd & Little Willeo Rd

Atlanta, GA (May 28, 2021) – At 4:30 a.m. on Friday morning, May 28, a rear-end collision took place on a highway in Atlanta.

According to Atlanta officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-85. A red Lamborghini was traveling in the area when the driver rear-ended a Nissan Juke. Both vehicles lost control following the accident, which led to extensive damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. The driver of the Nissan was taken to the hospital and has been listed in critical condition. The driver of the Lamborghini was also hospitalized. The driver is now facing charges.

The roadway was blocked in the area for approximately five hours.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
