Atlanta, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at Cascade Rd & Fairburn Rd
Atlanta, GA (October 18, 2021) – At 8:34 a.m. on the morning of Monday, October 18, a car crash with injuries occurred in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Cascade Road and Fairburn Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding forcefully with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the collision. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Multiple lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
