Atlanta, GA – Car Crash on The Perimeter Near Riverdale Rd
Atlanta, GA (June 27, 2021) – At 9:15 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, June 27, a car crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Atlanta.
According to Clayton County officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of The Perimeter around the area of Riverdale Road (exit 60). Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the accident and taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
One or more lanes of traffic were blocked in the area as police quickly worked to clear the scene.
