Atlanta, GA – Car Crash on The Perimeter Near Cascade Rd
Atlanta, GA (June 11, 2021) – At 2:25 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, June 11, a car crash occurred on a major highway in Atlanta.
According to Fulton County officials, the accident occurred in the northbound lanes of The Perimeter around the area of Cascade Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not fully known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were seriously injured as a result of the crash. Their conditions are not yet known.
The right lane of traffic was blocked in the area for a period of time.
Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
