Atlanta, GA – Car Crash on I-285 Near Arthur B Langford Jr Pkwy
Atlanta, GA (August 28, 2021) – Before 2 p.m. on the afternoon of Saturday, August 28, a car crash occurred in Fulton County.
According to Fulton County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Arthur B. Langford Jr. Parkway. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
Two left lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time. This led to delays until police cleared the scene.
