Atlanta, GA – Car Crash in NB Lanes of I-75 Near Cumberland Blvd
Atlanta, GA (June 14, 2021) – At 10:30 p.m. on the night of Sunday, June 13, a car crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Atlanta.
According to Fulton County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Cumberland Boulevard. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area after dark when one or more lost control and collided with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were left with extensive damages.
Paramedics and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in several lanes, which led to heavy delays for some time. Police urged those in the area to use Highway 41 as an alternate route.
