Atlanta, GA – Car Crash at Ivan Allen Jr Blvd & Ted Turner Dr
Atlanta, GA (July 31, 2021) – At 3 p.m. on the afternoon of Saturday, July 31, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Atlanta.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard and Ted Turner Drive. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with one another. An SUV was badly damaged and debris had to be cleared from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. This led to delays in the area.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
