Atlanta, GA – Car Chase Causes Crash with Injuries on Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy
Atlanta, GA (May 20, 2021) – On Wednesday morning, May 19, a car chase led to a crash on a highway in Atlanta that led to injuries.
According to Georgia State Patrol officials, the accident happened on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway near the area of Harwell Road. Police confirmed that GSP initiated a chase involving another vehicle, which led to a collision involving two or more vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. Multiple victims were seen being loaded into the back of ambulances but their injuries are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
