Atlanta, GA – Car Accident on I-75 Near University Ave
Atlanta, GA (June 6, 2021) – At 12 a.m. on Sunday morning, June 6, a car accident with injuries occurred in Atlanta.
According to Fulton County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of University Avenue. Several vehicles were traveling in the area in the early morning hours when the vehicles collided due to reasons that are not yet known.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in multiple lanes until police cleared the scene. This led to heavy delays in the area.
