Atlanta, GA – Car Accident on I-285 Near Moreland Ave Leads to Injuries
Atlanta, GA (October 9, 2021) – At 4:40 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, October 9, a car accident with injuries occurred on a highway in Atlanta.
According to officials, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Moreland Avenue. Several vehicles were traveling in the area of the overpass when the vehicles collided with each other, leading to extensive damages. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
