Atlanta, GA – Car Accident on GA-400 Near Lenox Rd Leads to Injuries
Atlanta, GA (July 7, 2021) – At 2:01 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, July 7, a car accident with injuries occurred in Atlanta.
According to officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of GA-400 around the area of Lenox Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other. The vehicles involved in the crash were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
All lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for a period of time, which led to extensive delays until police cleared the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
