Atlanta, GA (June 7, 2021) – On the evening of Monday, June 7, a car accident with injuries occurred on a highway in Atlanta.

According to the DeKalb County Police, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Bouldercrest Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not officially known. The vehicles involved in the accident sustained severe damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.

The roadway was blocked in several lanes, which led to delays in the area for a period of time.
