Atlanta, GA – Car Accident in SB Lanes of GA-400 Near Lenox Rd
Atlanta, GA (May 12, 2021) – At 7:24 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, May 12, a car accident occurred on a major highway in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of GA-400 around the area of Lenox Road. Multiple vehicles were traveling in the area when they were involved in a chain-reaction collision due to unknown reasons. The accident caused severe damages to the vehicles involved in the crash.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized as a result of the crash.
Two left lanes of traffic were blocked for a period of time until police cleared the scene.
