Atlanta, GA – Car Accident in EB Lanes of I-285 Near Bouldercrest Rd
Atlanta, GA (May 28, 2021) – At 7:44 a.m. on Friday morning, May 28, a car accident with injuries took place on a highway in Atlanta.
According to officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Bouldercrest Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
A left lane of traffic was blocked in the area for a period of time. This led to delays until police cleared the scene.
