Car Accidents in Georgia
Car accidents are one of the leading causes of hospitalizations throughout the entire state of Georgia. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people are injured in serious car accidents on Georgia roads. In just one recent year’s time, in fact, approximately 116,000 people were injured in these accidents and many even lost their lives. These accidents occur in many different areas but highways are some of the most common places. This is due to the fact that many parties travel well over the speed limit on our highways. Drivers sometimes engage in other acts, as well, such as distracted driving, speeding, fatigue, and more. If you have been hurt in a car accident that was caused by another party, it is up to you to show that another party is at fault for your accident. You should always have a dedicated attorney on your side at this time.
