Atlanta, GA (May 17, 2021) – At 7:14 a.m. on the morning of Monday, May 17, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Atlanta.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of South Fulton Parkway and Welcome All Road. Two or more vehicles collided in the area due to reasons that are not yet known, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized due to their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
Multiple lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police urged those traveling in the area to avoid the intersection until they cleared the scene.
