Atlanta, GA – Car Accident at S Fulton Pkwy & Buffington Rd Intersection
Atlanta, GA (September 2, 2021) – At 8 a.m. on Thursday morning, September 2, a car accident occurred at an intersection in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at the intersection of South Fulton Parkway and Buffington Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions are not yet known.
Multiple lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for a period of time.
