Atlanta, GA – Car Accident at Howell Mill Rd & 14th St Intersection
Atlanta, GA (July 22, 2021) – At 7:12 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, July 22, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Howell Mill Road and 14th Street. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
Multiple lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for a period of time, which led to delays for a period of time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
