Albany, GA – Semi-Truck Rollover Accident with Injuries on Liberty Expy
Albany, GA (December 7, 2022) – On Monday afternoon, December 5, a semi-truck rollover accident happened on a highway in Albany.
According to Albany Police, the accident happened on the Liberty Expressway around the area of US-82. Police confirmed that a semi-truck was traveling on the highway when the driver suddenly lost control, causing the truck to overturn. The involved truck sustained severe damages as a result of the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. Two people inside the semi-truck sustained injuries in the accident. They were hospitalized but are expected to be okay.
