Acworth, GA – Car Crash at Kellogg Creek Rd & New Hope Rd Intersection
Acworth, GA (November 4, 2021) – At 8:10 p.m. on the night of Thursday, November 4, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Acworth.
According to Cherokee Sheriff’s Office deputies, the accident happened at the intersection of Kellogg Creek Road and New Hope Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
